    (Clients must limit each telephone call to one specific question)
  • Preparation of annual shareholder and board of director meeting minutes
  • Preparation and filing of Statement of Domestic Stock Corporation
  • Two (2) demand letters drafted annually regarding disputes that arise
  • Two (2) legal document reviews or one (1) prepared contract (up to 8 pages per document)
  • Priority status given and same day responsiveness on most inquiries
  • 10% discount off standard billing rate for legal services rendered during the year
  • Receipt of our firm’s newsletter, “Report From Counsel”, published quarterly, which provides
