| FROM 405 NORTH: Travel south on the 405 and take the 133 freeway connector traveling north/east. Take the Barranca exit (first exit) off the 133. At the bottom of the freeway off-ramp turn right at Pacifica and take the first left turn into the parking lot. We are on the ground floor of the SPECTRUM BANK building in Suite 175. | |||

| FROM 405 SOUTH: Travel north on the 405 and take the Irvine Center Drive exit. Exit and follow the connector road to Irvine Center Drive heading north. Turn left at Alton Parkway. Travel approximately one-half mile and look for the SPECTRUM BANK building, on the right. We are on the ground floor in Suite 175. | |||
